We recognise that a Rock n Roll Bed is a considerable investment, which people may feel a bit nervous about because of the financial outlay and the reliability factor involved. We want to offer you some extra reassurance that you won’t incur expensive repair bills in the unlikely event of something going wrong.

Lifetime guarantee on frame

What is covered under this guarantee?

This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in the mechanisms, material and workmanship.

We’re covering the frame to remain in working order for this guarantee – in other words against manufacturing defect causing breakdown. If the frame is used in the prescribed way and it breaks down, our duty is to get it back to working order by way of repair – and if we can’t do that, we’ll replace it with the same model, or discuss an alternative with you if that’s no longer available.

This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

What’s the small print?

It must be used for the purpose it was made for and remain intact with no alterations. It must also be fitted to manufacturer’s instructions. This guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse, incorrect fitting or minor and structural alterations.

This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors.

This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage suffered by any person.

Save The Sales Receipt

Keep your receipt safe, it is your proof of purchase and required for the guarantee to apply. If you have lost your receipt, we will need the date of purchase in order to find you in our system.
