Heavy Duty Curved Steel Frame made from 3mm gauge box steel painted Satin Black:

Heavy Duty 5 Position Reclining Front Locking Mechanism: This locks the bed into 5 different seating positions when carrying passengers.
Heavy Duty Side Hinges: Designed exclusively by us with safety in mind, e.g. they do not sever fingers if accidentally caught in them
Heavy Duty Easi-glide Mechanism
3 x Brand New E4 Certified 3-point Inertia Seat Belts.
3 x Adjustable, Removable Headrests: Our exclusive design with moulded Fire-Retardant foam, adjustable to 3 height positions.
Pre-drilled Mounting: Carefully positioned to avoid any obstructions underneath the vehicle

Upholstery:
4” (10cm) Deep Cushions; Fire Retardant Reflex Foam is used on all upholstery. This is better quality than the standard foam used throughout the industry. Reflex Foam is used in top quality mattresses. It is of medium density, not too soft and not too firm. We have found this to be more comfortable and more durable than the orange or blue foam commonly used in caravans etc.
Fabric Covering; we use high quality Automotive vinyl leather-like and VW fabrics.
Colours; we have a set colour range in stock.
Design/Style; we do set designs/styles of upholstery. All of our upholstery comes with piping as standard.
Front Kickboard; this will be covered to match the cushion upholstery
